tita Rose's blue toile birthday

March 2016 || Tita Rose, a family friend, celebrated her 77th birthday last month. Her family gave her a surprise birthday. I wasn't able to attend the actual party since we also had a lot going on that weekend but I helped them set up. The celebration was held at a clubhouse and since they said Tita Rose collected blue French Toile vases, plates and figurines, her family went with that theme. So here's what we came up with only about a week to prep. Enjoy and don't forget to click on the {heart} to like over at Catch My Party!
